Shipping Information

Shipping is currently free to Australia and New Zealand.

Australian C.O.D. customers will incur a $6.70 C.O.D. fee - freight will still remain free of charge.

International customers please contact us for a shiping quote.

Orders will be shipped within 2 working days from our shop. Orders can take up to 10 working days depending on Australia post and their delivery times to different locations.

Orders will be shipped with Australia Post.

If items ordered are not in stock the customer will be contacted within 2 working days and given the option of a refund or credit for another product.

Returns

Shipping charges on returned items are the customers responsibility.

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or made a wrong decision.

If a product is faulty on arrival we will provide a full refund or credit. If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us and we will advise where to go from there.
